E-portfolios can be used to relate a specific academic experience. It can include sample writing, pictures, videos, observations, research projects, peer reviews, interviews, etc. The most important point is the personal reflection on the experience. The aim of the present paper is to retell my learning experience of the Capstone visit to Virginia Tech, Virginia, USA as a participant of Iraqi Kurdistan Rural University Partnership Program (IKRUPP, 2015). In the study the different learning experiences of group and individual is recounted aiming at conveying the effective use of e-portfolio in the process. The recounting process includes the gradual creation of my e-portfolio that has affected development of speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, the creation and development of e-portfolio using weebly.com site.
