Innovation in Language Learning

Ekaterina Dvoretskaya is Assistant Professor of the Department of International Professional and Scientific Communication at Tambov State Technical University, Russia.
She has received her PhD focused on geographical variations of Spanish from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2005. Since that she has published her research in various academic journals in Russia and abroad and has participated in international conferences on professional education and language learning. She has also co-authored a book "Action Research into Teaching English in Russia’s Professional Context" (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2015).
At Tambov State Technical University, Ekaterina is actively involved in the development and implementation of bilingual professional education programmes and further education programmes in foreign languages. She has also taken part in several European projects in the field of higher education curriculum development.
Her research interests include bilingual education, intercultural communication and teaching foreign languages for specific purposes.
