Innovation in Language Learning

I am a pre-doctoral student at the Department of Education, with a specialization in Philosophy and Education, at the University of Rome “Roma Tre” (Italy), under joint supervision with the University of Alicante (Spain). I am also a teacher of History and Philosophy at the public High School of “Lucrezio Caro” in Rome with a strong background on educational approaches and on integrated systems of learning. Nevertheless, I have always been concerned with themes such as Philosophy and Educational IT. Furthermore I have already had the chance of experimenting a CLIL teaching project for three years at the public high school.
I speak fluently both Spanish and English, as well as Portuguese (at beginner level). My interest for traveling and teaching led me to several experiences, mostly in South America and Europe, over the past years. To begin with it, in 1985, I worked at the cultural and administrative sector of the Dante Alighieri society in Buenos Aires for several months. More recently, I have been working as a teacher in the city Bogotà, during the high school diploma examinations, in summer 2014. These experiences revealed my hard work capacity and international approach allowing my enhance already well-founded skills. In addition, it is to say that the Ministry of Education of Madrid has recognized the teaching qualifications that I have achieved in Italy (History and Philosophy, Educational Sciences, Italian-Latin- History-Geography, Public Relations and Social Psychology).
