First year PhD student at the department of Educational Research, Lancaster University. I am currently exploring the obstacles of using ICTs as a means to broaden cultural and intercultural awareness of learners of English at the level of middle school in Algeria. I am interested in the status of culture in language teaching, and in the use of technology in language classes.
