In the modern scientific and pedagogical literature is presented sufficient number of facts confirming the advisability and success of the use developed key principles of the training work’s organization and planning used by many teachers in the world. Among the modern scientific approaches used by different systems of secondary education, the most popular and obtaining the high international calling are approaches based on constructivist theories (Hattie, 2009).The most well-known theorist of cognitive-constructive currents is S.Peypert.
In this paper we consider two methods of successful teaching, practicing in the Republic of Kazakhstan and realizing the ideas of constructivist learning.
The first is the effectiveness of the teacher's activity, its activity, the nature and frequency of interaction with the pupils, where the teacher acts aimed at determining compliance with practical requirements.
The second approach focuses on the process of teaching, which requires considerably great efforts than a formal conscientious performance of professional duties.
In the study of this issue participated 40 teachers from Kustanai and Aktobe regions. Selection of participants was made on the following criteria: age range - 30-39 and 40-50 years old; work experience of more than 15 years; primary school teachers; teachers of the humanities; Teachers of natural sciences and faculty of exact sciences.
In order to establish effectiveness of the study were applied pedagogical research methods: analysis of school documents (summaries of lessons, pupil’s notebooks, and class journal), survey of teachers and pupils; surveillance; interviews, etc.
The application of the constructivist theory of training by teachers
of comprehensive schools taking into account two specified approaches
is directed on modernization of pedagogical process.
As a result of research we created a system of approved methods of
students training and published in book "The active methods of
training: understanding, interpretation and application". The application of the constructivist theory of training by teachers of comprehensive schools taking into account two specified approaches is directed on modernization of pedagogical process. The professional
consciousness of the teacher and a personal orientation of the pupil
