Secondary data were collected by web-based inquiry, by sorting articles whose topics were relevant to answer the research problems. All data were qualitatively analyzed using content analysis technique. The main finding shows Personalized Learning in a Communication Teaching Language (CLT) way integrated with  the use of Web 2.0. technology based on Heutagogy approach is to be the appropriate learning framework for the lecturers. The study contributes to the production of an effective learning framework potentially helping EFL learners constrained with barriers like time limitation and high work load to increase their EAP test score at least for level CEFR B2.
