Our society is immersed in a "Nanotech World" characterized by innovative products that are already present in all lives, even if we are not always aware of it. For years Nanosciences have in fact become a fully-fledged part of numerous areas of research, development and industrial production. These are multidisciplinary sectors that prove to be important resources for analysing with students the needs of new technology, but also the professional figures who will have to manage innovation and the responsible use of these applications. In these educational itineraries were created different "Innovative STEM Nanoscience activities” as part of the curriculum also aimed at promoting social elements of "technological humanism" in which it is increasingly important for students to reason in critical thinking about the usefulness and limits of new scientific discoveries. In Nanoscience Blended Project of scientific disciplines were created teaching and learning activities with IBSE collaborative methodology, Peer Learning and Debate strategies in fully integration of soft, cognitive and collaborative digital skills. Interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary didactic approaches were realized, structuring connections not only between different scientific disciplines (physics, chemistry, biology, engineering) but also with elements of social sciences (historical analysis and scientific limits - impact of nanoscience on society), effective didactic contaminations between scientific and humanistic culture. A positive promotion of the Nanotech culture was achieved with reasoned knowledge in creative role for teachers and for students involving in interesting educational learning by doing itineraries for the understanding some current nanoapplications and for awareness in the orientation to future researches about different innovative fields. To optimize communication phases and to share in scientific community projects learning methodologies and results obtained were carried out participations in different International Nanoscience Meeting, all opportunities to create educational perspectives also to promote collaborative innovation in Life long NanoLearning skills.
