Mobility of the students in Erasmus Plus Programme: an experience of ASLTo3

Abstract

ASLTo3 is one of host organisations in the European Project funded by European Commission (Key action 1: Learning Mobility for Individuals – Mobility Project for VET Learners and staff). The Coordinator of Consortium is “Deputacion of Pontevedra, Spain”.

Education, training and youth activities play a key role in providing people of all ages with the necessary means to participate actively in the labour market and in society at large. Projects under this Action promote transnational mobility activities targeting learners (students, trainees, apprentices, young people and volunteers), and staff (professors, teachers, trainers, youth workers, and people working in organisations active in the education, training and youth fields) and aiming to support learners in the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) with a view to improving their personal development, their involvement as considerate and active citizens in society and their employability in the European labour market and beyond.

6 students from Pontevedra are working in Hospital of Rivoli (IT) and in two Pharmacies of City of Collegno (IT).

The Europass Diploma Supplements are the efficacy tools for planning the internship in our organisations, in particular “Technician in Assistance to people in need of care” and “ Technician in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy”.

The duration of intership is 6 months and the date of start was 3 October 2016.

During the placement period, a lot of meeting has been planned in order to follow the evolution of learning and satisfaction levels of the students.

Heathcare professionals have been involved in the evaluation process of the learning and training evolution.

The main benefit for students, trainers and tutors is provided by cultural and professional exchange.
