Elisaveta Tsvetkova is an Assistant Professor at the State University of Library Studies and Information Technologies, (SULSIT), Sofia, Bulgaria since 2015.
Elisaveta Tsvetkova graduated in Library and Information Sciences (M.A.) in Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridsky“. She is a Ph.D. in Book Science, Librarianship and Bibliography.
Her research interests are in the field of: Digital and mobile libraries; Copyright and Libraries; ICT in Library and Information Sciences; Digitalization; Cultural and educational opportunities of the digital environment etc.
She is an author of 13 scientific papers presented at scientific meetings and published in Bulgarian and foreign editions.
Elisaveta Tsvetkova has been involved as participant in more than 3 national and international projects. She is a participant of the EU-ERASMUS IP Library, Information and Cultural Management – Academic Summer School (IP LibCMASS) (2013) and on the scientific project with international participation "Copyright Policies of libraries and other cultural institutions” (2012-2016), funded by the National Science Fund of the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science. In 2014 she is a participant of a week-long mobility within the 2nd Erasmus Staff Mobility Week for Libraries at the University of Patras, Greece.
She has extensive experience as a library specialist. During the last five years she was the chief librarian at the Library and Information Centre of University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM) - Sofia, Bulgaria. Member of Bulgarian Library and Information Association.
