Abstract
Starting from the current legislative framework (from Ministerial Decree 10 May 2001 to Ministerial Decree 113/2018 [1]) and from some theoretical reflections on museum education and the relationship between museums, educational systems and reference audiences [2][3], the presentation will aim to shed light on the educational services applied to disability and inclusion that every museum should have in the light of national indications. After an initial phase of a theoretical nature on the reference regulatory models, I will analyze the actual adherence of museums in Campania, segmented by type and owner entity, to the Minimum Uniform Quality Levels thanks to the data collected between 2023 and 2025 with the Regional Museum Observatory of the Vanvitelli University [4]. The overall goal of the report will be to highlight the discrepancy between theoretical-regulatory, regional and national models, and the actual availability of services and structures suitable for complying with the needs of training, education and inclusion, opening questions on improvement strategies and hypothesizing systems of adaptation to sustainable LMUQ.
