Systematic Literature Review on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Education

Leila Ait Elhaloui, Student at the university (Morocco)

Abstract

This paper presents a systematic literature review on corporate social responsibility (CSR) education, with a particular focus on the Moroccan context. Based on 46 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2000 and 2025, the study examines the conceptual, thematic, and geographical evolution of the field. Findings reveal a shift from normative approaches toward empirical research addressing curriculum integration, pedagogical outcomes, and organizational responsibility in higher education institutions. The review also highlights the underrepresentation of emerging economies, calling for more contextualized and longitudinal studies, particularly in Morocco.

Keywords: Corporate social responsibility; CSR education; Higher education; Systematic literature review; Morocco.
