Leadership Skills’ Development through Effective Teaching of Blended Learning Education

Abstract

The Pakistan education system demand more reforms as this system lacking some of the important aspects of teaching and learning environment, the system is below the green line of establishing education requirement of any country, naturally formal way need some serious positive steps for improvement along with the motivation attitude towards participation in co-curricular activities through which production of young leader for the future leadership role can be polished. In Pakistan the term blended learning which is a formal education program running successfully all over the world look very new, which involves combining Internet, digital media and full use of information technology along with traditional classroom methods usually experiences in Pakistan education system where the physical presence and appearance is mandatory for teachers and students and time, place, path, or pace usually the ingredients of this system. The combination of face to face learning and self-learning effectively run the smooth function of any educational environment with computer-based activities regarding delivery of content of the topic easily transferred to homes through the internet and it is fundamentally interdependent of the regional recourses and environment.
