Authors of Papers


Authors willing to participate in the conference with a presentation (Oral, Poster or Virtual) are required to submit an abstract. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an email from the conference secretariat with the information for both the full papers’ submission and the registration procedure.

Contributions will be published on the Conference Proceedings and included in the Conference Programme if at least one of the authors of the accepted abstract has registered by
9 May 2021.

Please notice that all authors willing to participate in the conference need to pay their Registration Fee.

The Registration Fee for onsite participants includes:

  • Admission to all the virtual conference sessions
  • Possibility to present the full paper through an oral or poster presentation
  • Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN, DOI and ISPN codes)
  • Conference bag
  • Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
  • 2 Lunches: 1 each conference day
  • 4 coffee breaks: 2 each conference day
  • Closing Cocktail: at the end of the second conference day
  • Access to the computer area and Wi-fi
  • Special rates for accommodation (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)

The Registration Fee for online participants includes:

  • Admission to all the virtual conference sessions
  • Possibility to present the full paper in synchronous or asynchronous modes
  • Video of the virtual presentation (for Asynchronous presenters only)
  • Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN, DOI and ISPN codes)
  • Certificate of Attendance (PDF)

Conference materials will be sent via email after the conference.

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit Card, following the procedure described on the welcome page in your reserved area
  • Bank transfer. Please find bank account details below

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]

Cancellation Fees (ONSITE participants)

  • EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the conference
  • EUR 200,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the conference
  • Cancellations made from 30 days to conference days will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellation Fees (ONLINE participants)

  • EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 18 April 2021
  • EUR 150,00 will be charged in case of cancellation from 19 April to 23 May 2021
  • Cancellations made from 23 May 2021 to the conference days will not be entitled to a refund
