In order to register in the conference you can:


• Access the reserved area of the website.
• If you do not have an account yet, please click on Create New Account. Choose a username and insert your email, you will be automatically assigned a password.
• If you already have an account, log in with your username and password in the "User Authentication" box (right side).
• If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot your password. You will receive an email with your username and password.
• Click on "Registration" and follow the instructions.

• Send a bank transfer of the registration fee indicated in the registration form
• Send an email to [email protected], attaching your registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.



Payment can be made via:

• Credit Card, following the procedure described on the welcome page in your reserved area
• Bank transfer. For payments via Bank Transfer, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can send you the related information.



Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]


Cancellation Fees


• EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the conference
• EUR 200,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the conference
• Cancellations made from 30 days before the conference days will not be entitled to a refund

Visa Denial Cancellation Policy


Participants requiring an official Invitation Letter for visa purposes may request one after completing their registration and payment. In the event of a visa denial (subject to submission of the official refusal document), participants may choose one of the following options:


• Online participation: attend the conference online and receive a refund of the difference between the onsite and online registration fees;
• Registration fee transfer: transfer the registration fee as a credit towards another conference organised by Pixel; or
• Refund: receive a refund of the registration fee, less a Euro 50 administrative fee.

Paper Rejection Policy


If a submitted full paper is not accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings after evaluation by the Scientific Committee, authors will normally be invited to revise the paper in accordance with the reviewers' comments. If the author decides not to submit a revised version, the following options are available:


• Registration fee transfer: transfer the registration fee as a credit towards another conference organised by Pixel; or
• Refund: receive a refund of the registration fee, less a Euro 50 administrative fee.
