Methods and Technologies of Intensive Teaching in the Supplementary Education System for Educators

Abstract

It’s important to use intensive teaching methods and technologies in the supplementary education system. These methods and technologies arrange effective cooperation of a teacher and a student, practice-oriented conception of learning and intensive developing effect. Intensive teaching is an organized educatory communication in which accelerate acquisition of academic subject area and active professional and personal development come. There are some intensive methods and technologies which are based on specially organized purposeful group cooperation, on permanent feedback between the participants and reflective activity to achieve mutual understanding and the improvement of learning process [1] (case method, business simulation game, supervision technology, social project planning technology and etc.). Intensive teaching counts professional background of students. According to it the students analyze their background, they begin searching new information, get new experience and new results of professional   activity in the intensive teaching process. Methods and technologies of intensive teaching qualitatively improve their gained teaching experience. The educators revise their values, attitudes, beliefs, get rid of stereotypes, study the new methods of solution pedagogical tasks and situations. The role of a teacher changes in the intensive teaching process. The students become more active and initiative. The task of a teacher is to make a check on the process of studying, to create conditions for initiative and creative searching for effective task and situation decisions and to provide feedback.
