Sculpture is the method of making sculptures and revealing the details of design through using the prominent and sunken techniques as well as adding to the design a three dimensional touch. Because of the difficulty of shaping the different materials such as wood, stones, or granite, the researcher attempted to search for an easily formed and lightweight material, which is called “Forex Sheet”, that can assist the learners of art to save effort and time. Forex sheet has many characteristics: Firstly, it has a brilliant white, smooth and even surface that ensures optimum ink adhesion and color fastness, and it is available with different thickness 3 mm, 6 mm, 20 mm. Secondly, It can be easily formed, shaped and carved on. Thirdly, it can be used in manufacturing of furniture, the safe, and floors. Moreover, it is environmentally friendly and can be differently dyed. Meanwhile, this paper focuses on the way of implementation of any design on a forex sheet. The artist makes the desired design whatever it's type, levels of sculpture and then the design should be printed on a forex sheet. Afterwards, the artist should bring some of the lightweight tools like the cutter and form and apply the design on the forex sheet using the cutter. Furthermore, this paper explains the method of vertical and inclined cutting and how to extract the undesirable stuff from the design. After finishing the design, it can be dyed and doing coloring effects and the artist can add coloring oxides that can give the work of art an ancient touch and a high artistic value.
