The Future of Education

Currently, many educational institutions seek to transform their teaching and learning processes by involving different types of strategies. Each of them is characterized by changes at the level of pedagogical and didactic models; however, very few of them generate innovations in the forms of strategic planning and curricular management. In fact, when talking about innovation, attention is usually focused on teaching practices, but not on the leadership role of each professor, and much less on the articulation between these practices and the academic organizational planning processes. This has generated quality search processes that focus on the accumulation of evidence, but not on decision making. For this reason, this project seeks to identify alternative approaches to school administrative management that facilitate innovation processes in educational planning and management processes for the improvement of excellence in our country.
