Abstract
In countries such as Colombia, educational guidelines and curricular management of educational institutions depend to a large extent on the types of leadership exercised by principals and directors of these institutions. In many opportunities, this type of leadership is still quite traditional and does not necessarily correspond to management visions that can adequately handle the uncertainties and contingencies inherent to current challenges. In fact, different situations that affect school life affect the fulfillment of goals and objectives. Many of these objectives depend on indicators of school academic performance or dropout rates, so that aspects related to innovation processes or approaches based on alternative or disruptive pedagogies are relegated to the background. This project seeks to identify innovative planning tools that allow a prospective vision of the defined goals and their follow-up in highly complex educational contexts.
