The Role of Digital Translation in Shaping Political Discourse: Linguistic Barriers and Diplomatic Precision among Graduates in the Kurdistan Region

Abstract
The study examines the challengs university graduates in the kurdistan region face when translating diplomatic texts from English to Kurdish using digital tools. In the age of digital diplomacy, linguistic accuracy is vital for international relations. Using a mixed-methods approcach, the research analyzes how machine translation often fails to capture political nuances and ideological depth, leading to potential diplomatic misinterpretations. The findings suggest that these linguistic barriers are geopolitical challenges affecting regional representation. The study concludes by recommending the integration of "Digital Diplomacy" and " PoliticalTranslation" into higher education curricula to enhance the quality of kurdish diplomatic communication globally.
