Mélanie Tocqueville, responsible of the scientific direction of IPERIA, has reconciled her academic career and personal values to contribute to the emergence of the professionalization of different target groups.
Responsible of the Council for social innovation, of the implementation of national, European and international scientific partnerships, Mélanie Tocqueville devotes herself to the development of innovative training engineering and to the promotion of IPERIA’s expertise.
The Iperia Scientific Direction is responsible for valuing all projects carried out by our sector on the themes of childhood, disability, dependency, aging at home, accessibility of new technologies for older people to fight against isolation, suicide prevention, recognition of job family, Iperia Institute dedicates 2014 to the development of twenty years of professional jobs in the family.
During the last two years, Melanie Tocqueville was invited to various European conferences to present such work at the institute.
It was the case in December 2013, the "Conference on conference
" Skills and mobility for competitiveness " jointly organized by the European Economic and Social Committee, the Labour Market Observatory, and the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop ) in Thessaloniki. His speech was entitled " Enhancing the skills of workers in the field of personal and household services "
In March, at La Rioja , Spain, invited by the Committee of European regions , in the course of his duties as a member of the European Federation of jobs in the family, she was invited to speak on the theme "Work -life balance : a shared responsibility.
