Sandra Patrícia Pereira is a full-time Portuguese and French professor in “Escola Básica Integrada de Rabo de Peixe”, Azores.
She graduated in Portuguese and French teaching in “Escola Superior de Educação de Viana do Castelo”, Portugal, 2002.
During her teaching, she became involved in different projects with children with neurodevelopmental problems and with learning difficulties.
In 2011, she finished her post-graduation studies in Special Needs, at University Fernando Pessoa, Portugal.
She has participated in several conferences and has published several articles in the areas of Motivation and Learning; Learning by Affects; Autism and Social Learning.
She is PhD candidate in Special Need Education, University do Minho.
