I am engaged in a Ph.D. position at NTNU, focusing on research related to students' mental health. My experience includes 15 years at a psychiatric center, including eight years in a leadership role.
I have an academic background with two master's degrees, one in social science and one in human resources management (HMR). Additionally, I completed Practical Pedagogical Education (PPU) to enhance my teaching competence.
My involvement in research, in addition to topics related to students' mental health, includes participation in various projects, most recently as a co-author of an article published in 2023 on patient safety in mental health.
