The Future of Education

Madalena Sousa Gomes is a master's degree student in Digital Design at IPCA - Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave. She holds a degree in Design and has undertaken two professional courses in Graphic Design and Web Design. While her background and professional experience lies in graphic design, her academic pursuits are towards digital design, particularly focusing her academic research towards UX/UI and gamification strategies. Madalena also received a research scholarship in 2022 in the scientific areas of the ESD and has contributed to the academic community with a publication titled "Gamification in the Portuguese Language Subject: A Review of Two E-learning Platforms," presented at the END 2023 - Education and New Developments conference.
