Gratiela Boca is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at
Faculty of Sciences from Cluj-Napoca University of Technology, Romania.
She has 20 years of experience in high school education. She was an invited professor to support different modules in the economic field in Albania, Turkey and Hungary. The research theme is oriented towards the realization of a cross managerial culture model in organization and education.
She is the author of 20 books and over 78 journal articles in the field of quality management, change management, manufacturing process and quality audit. She is involved in several Erasmus projects with Universities from Turkey, Italy, Finland, Germany and Greece, with focus on transfer of innovation.
