The Future of Education

Nina Bergdahl is an associate lecturer at the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences at Halmstad University, affiliated with Stockholm University. She teaches in the teacher program for pre-service teachers and the Master's Programme in Digital Learning. Her research integrates digital innovation with educational development. Nina Bergdahl's career spans several educational roles, from teaching at various levels to influencing educational policy and practice. Previously, as an associate lecturer in Didactics and Digitalisation at the Department of Education in Malmö, Sweden, she played a key role in developing the Educational Digitalisation Strategy. She has participated in and led several research projects and professional development initiatives for educators, focusing on engagement and emerging technologies, such as integrating telepresence robots and artificial intelligence. Dr Bergdahl also serves as editor for the Review of Education and actively participates in the Learning in the Digitalised Society (LeaDS) research programme at Halmstad University.
