Ligita Zailskaitė-Jakštė is a researcher and lecturer at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Lithuania. Currently, she works in the interdisciplinary area.
She defended her PhD “Consumer Engagement Behavior in Social Media Communication Impact on Brand Equity” in social sciences, at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania).
Her research areas include educational robotics, AI in digital marketing and consumer behavior, human-computer interaction, project management, and marketing communication.
Ligita has created several new e-learning courses; she is an experienced Erasmus+ projects manager; she worked for 10 years as a marketing and communication coordinator at KTU.
Currently, she is a Board Member of the Lithuanian Communication Association (LTKA), Lithuania, and twice she was a jury member of “Mi:t & Links. Baltic Communication Awards” (Latvia).
Ligita upskilled her qualification at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, University of Rostock (Germany), University of Iceland (Iceland) and gave lectures at the University of Ferrara (Italy), the Pontifical University of John Paul (Poland), TalTech (Estonia) and others.
