Ida Cortoni is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication and Social Research, Sapienza University of Rome.
She is the didactical coordinator of Multimedia Education post-graduate course, realized in collaboration with Promedia2000, and of the Observatory of Media and children in the Sapienza University of Rome.
She is professor in Sociology of Cultural processes, in Media Education in the Faculty of Political Sciences, Sociology and Communication, Sapienza University of Rome. She organizes training course for teachers, coordinates national and international researches and experimentation in educational and communicative fields and participates to many national and international conferences about media and children issues.
She wrote international and national chapters in books and reviews or national book as:
‘Provaci ancora, scuola’ (Erickson, 2007), ‘Una scuola che comunica. Strumenti e strategie di comunicazione interna’ vol.1 (Erickson, 2009)
