Michael D. Santonino III is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide. Michael worked for high-performance organizations for 15+ years before entering academia as a former member of the technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies in Orlando, Florida; a Senior Design Engineer at Motorola in the Land Mobile Products Division in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; and a Senior Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) Design Engineer at Harris Corporation in Melbourne, Florida.
He is an active member of the Academy of Management and the Italian Chapter of the International Humanistic Managament Association.
Michael’s research interests include; management and inclusive organization in people-oriented management contexts, customer value, and sustainability. His secondary research interests are interrelated in management of technology (i.e. radio frequency (RF) applications, avionics, and manufacturing) as some of his academic publications leveraged his expertise in these areas as an Electrical Engineer in high-volume manufacturing.
In addition, Michael has extensive expertise in e-Learning using multi-delivery modes, learning management systems in education, emerging technologies, accreditation and assessment processes in higher education
