Yi-Ting Cheng is the Postdoctoral Fellow of Open University of Kaohsiung.
She graduated in Science Education–Graduate Institute of Science Education from the Nation Changhua University of Education in 2010. Since then she has constantly been working in the field of Science Education and Family Involvement.
So far Yi-Ting Cheng has been involved in more than 10 projects funded by the National Science Council in Taiwan, including teacher professional development, family involvement, public science learning, curriculum development, inquiry science learning etc.. She has cooperated with experts, elementary teachers and parents to help students in science learning. She also developed hands-on activities for multi ethnic families in Taiwan.
Yi-Ting Cheng is often invited as a speaker at teacher training programs or Parent-Teacher Association workshops to present her experiences and family involvement project in which she is involved.
