Martine Peters is a professor at the Education Department at the University of Quebec in the Outaouais. She is responsible for the Ph.D. program.
She obtained a Ph.D. at the University of Ottawa, Ontario in 1999 and has since been teaching in the fields of second language teaching and technology integration at the bachelor, master and Ph.D. levels.
She is currently conducting various research projects focusing on the integration of technology in the primary and secondary classrooms. Her interests are specifically on digital scrapbooking strategies in the writing process and the use of concepts maps to develop metacognition. She has published her research results in various journals.
