The Future of Education

Cheng-Yu Hung is a PhD candidate of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, UK. He has over five years experience in teaching Citizenship Education in Taiwan. Being interested in the politics of education, his research focuses on the contemporary theories of liberalism, communitarianism, national identity and Confucianism as applied to the curriculum construction and the development of Citizenship Education in Taiwan and the UK.
