Yuri Tsenkov is a senior assistant professor at the University of National and World Economy, Department “National and Regional Security in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Yuri Tsenkov graduated with a bachelor degree in Economy of Defence and Security, master degree in Corporate Security and has a PhD in Risk Management in Defence Acquisition Projects from the University of National and World Economy.
As a lecturer he is teaching courses project management, risk management, innovations and investment management, all related to the defence and security sector.
In the private sector he is managing a consulting company specialising in investments project management.
Overall he has more than 60 successful private projects, 4 international scientific ones, two of which funded by NATO and six national ones funded by the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Education.
