Isabel Yee is currently a Chemistry Lecturer for the Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) in Sunway College.
She graduated with an Honours Degree in Biochemistry and was designated as a University Scholar from National University of Singapore in 2004.
She has taught in the Diploma of Medical Biotechnology in Singapore Polytechnic where she was awarded Most Outstanding Mentor by Singapore’s Ministry of Education.
She has been nominated for Excellence in Teaching Award and has been a Judge for the Singapore Science and Engineering Fair for many years. She has also been an Assistant Honorary Secretary for the Singapore Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
She has often been invited to train academic and non academic staff on “Problem Based Learning”. She has published papers on medicinal chemistry, antioxidants and Problem Based Learning.
