Elena has worked as an ICT teacher and department head since 1990, and is currently the Vice Principal and Head of the ICT Department of High School “Tsaritsyno” in Moscow, Russia. Elena is also Principal of the Institute of the Development of state, public management in Education.
Elena holds diplomas in Mathematics and Psychology from Moscow State University, and Laureate of the RF President Award in the field of education.
Findings from her PHD research fuel her passion to build strong educational systems through mentoring programs that support the success of adults and children in the life-long process of learning. Elena has published over 60 articles on current issues of education, school management.
Sphere of her scientific interests: Public participation in management education (State and Public Administration); ICT in Education (strategy, implementation, evaluation); Education Development Strategy; Fundraising in Education.
She is the expert of international and Russian projects and programs.
