In addition to digital course books or apps, Bianca Höppner’s research interests center around interculturality, reflection, language related neurodidactics and Xenoglossophobia (foreign language anxiety). Her current research focus is on which reflective practices can effectively promote cultural awareness and cultural sensitivity in the EFL classroom. Due to participating in extra-curricular teacher training seminars in all over Germany, the connection of science and innovation for society, especially in education, is a matter of great concern to her. Currently, she works as a research assistant in English Didactics at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany.
