The Future of Education

Niclas Ekberg holds a Ph.D. in pedagogy and works as a senior lecturer at Luleå University of Technology. His research focuses on theoretical and philosophical perspectives on technology, the relationship between digital technology and humans, and the conditions of education, teachers, and learning in the age of digitisation. Among his publications are “Evolving Bildung, technology and streaming art” (2021), co-authored with Elias Schwieler, and “Finitude unbound – on learning, space and belonging in digitalised higher education” (2023), written together with colleagues Eva Alerby and Jorunn Elídóttir.
