The Future of Education

She has a PhD in Education from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra (FPCEUC) with a specialism in the Organisation of Teaching, Learning and Teacher Training, a Master's degree in Geography from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), a specialist in Distance Education from the Faculty of Technology and Sciences (FTC), and a degree in History from the Jorge Amado University (UNIJORGE). She was Coordinator of the History/EAD course at Faculdade da Cidade, Coordinator of the Educational Technology Centre of the Bahia State Department of Education IAT/CTE, Socio-Educational Coordinator of the Aldeia Group/Angola-Africa (2013), Educational Consultant of the Aldeia Group/Angola (2011-2013), Pedagogical Coordinator of the High School Programme with Technological Intermediation - EMITEC IAT/SEC BA (2008 to 2012). She has worked as a university lecturer at Faculdades São Salvador, Instituto Educacional do Estado de São Paulo (UNIESP), Faculdade de Tecnologia e Ciências / FTC - EAD and as an Educational Technology Analyst at the Distance Education Coordination of the Instituto Anísio Teixeira IAT/CED/SEC-BA. She has worked as a teacher trainer on the Freire Platform at the State University of Bahia (UNEB) on the Pedagogy and History courses, as a teacher trainer on the Geography course at UNEB/UNEAD and was a member of the Distance Education Study Group (GEED) registered with CNPQ and of the Permanent Monitoring and Evaluation Commission of the Anísio Teixeira Institute. She has experience in Education, mainly in the following subjects: Distance Education, Teacher Training, Curriculum, Training and Information Technologies applied to education. She is a Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, in the School of Education.
