Einar Rull is Adviser on Exams in Assessment and Research Centre of Education Agency (Foundation Innove).
He graduated in Mathematics from the University of Tartu in 1980. Taught mathematics in Tallinn Technical University in programmed learning class. Then worked 10 years as a research scientist in solid state physics (NMR). Later studied sociology and psychology in Tallinn University.
In Innove Einar is involved in analysis of exam results in general education and ideological support to teacher networks umbrella organisation. He is actively writing contributions to their electronic bulletin and giving lectures to teachers, headmasters and education authorities about new developments in education.
