Reflection: Teacher and Learner’s Perceptions

Abstract
Language learning as an integral part of educational process at any educational institution has gained its highest speed nowadays. English for specific purposes has become more popular in our country, so as all fields specialists are involved in the process of making links with foreign countries and integrate into world society. Teaching English for specific purposes requires special preparation from teachers, because the process itself tends to educate language teachers learn additional subject. Learners have opportunity to learn language from the teacher who becomes the model for the learners. Consequently, the teacher’s attitude to learning language somehow affects the learners’ perception of language. The skills of organising learning process, focusing on key issues and necessary words, analysing the flow of the lesson, its pros and cons, planning future actions will demonstrate learners the way they need follow in order to be success at their studies. The process of reflection as the author states, plays vital role in learning language. Reflection during the lesson provides the mutual activity between teacher and learners. It also makes learning and teaching process perfect. Leading the learners to the idea that there exist a modern and effective ways of activity, generalization, ignoring the ways of systemizing them, these all will develop in him/her individuality.
