In order to register in the conference you can:

  • Download the Registration Form
  • Fill in the registration form
  • Send a bank transfer of the registration fee indicated in the registration form
  • Send an email to [email protected], attaching your registration form and a copy of the bank transfer.

  • Access the reserved area of the website.
  • If you do not have an account yet, please click on Create New Account. Choose a username and insert your email, you will be automatically assigned a password.
  • If you already have an account, log in with your username and password in the "User Authentication" box (right side).
  • If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot your password. You will receive an email with your username and password.
  • Click on "Registration" and follow the instructions.

The Registration Fee for onsite participants includes:

  • Admission to all the virtual conference sessions
  • Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
  • Conference bag
  • Certificate of Attendance (PDF)
  • 2 Lunches: 1 each conference day
  • 4 coffee breaks: 2 each conference day
  • Closing Cocktail: at the end of the second conference day
  • Access to the computer area and Wi-fi
  • Special rates for accommodation (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo)

The Registration Fee for online participants includes:

  • Admission to all the virtual conference sessions
  • Conference Proceedings e-book (with ISBN, ISSN and DOI codes)
  • Certificate of Attendance (PDF)

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit Card, following the procedure described on the welcome page in your reserved area

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, please email the Conference Secretariat at [email protected]

Cancellation Fees (ONSITE participants)

  • EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 60 days before the conference
  • EUR 200,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 days before the conference
  • Cancellations made from 30 days to conference days will not be entitled to a refund

Cancellation Fees (ONLINE participants)

  • EUR 100,00 will be charged in case of cancellation within 12 September 2021
  • EUR 150,00 will be charged in case of cancellation from 12 September to 10 October 2021
  • Cancellations made from 10 October 2021 to the conference days will not be entitled to a refund
