Call for Papers

The conference is soliciting state-of-the-art papers in the field of innovation in language teaching and learning. The list of topics in the Innovation in Language Learning Conference 2020 is available at the following link.

Authors willing to submit an abstract are invited to send an email to [email protected] attaching the abstract written using the provided template or create a new account by the "Reserved area" box displayed on the right side of the screen, and upload their abstract by following the guidelines.


The abstracts and papers submitted will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee based on originality, technical quality and presentation.

All accepted papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings published with ISBN, ISSN, DOI and ISPN codes. The publication will be sent to be reviewed for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters (ISI-Clarivate). The publication will also be included in Academia.edu and indexed in Google Scholar.

Furthermore, among the accepted papers, up to 15 best papers will be selected. Authors of the selected papers will be requested to send an extended version of their articles that will be blind reviewed by MDPI academic editors and the accepted ones will be published in the Special Issues Section>, indexed by Ei Compendex, SCOPUS (Elsevier), Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI - Web of Science).

The Conference Proceedings of the 2018 edition have been included in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters (ISI-Clarivate).

Health and Safety issues in relation to COVID-19.
In case participants are not able to attend on-site, online, interactive, attendance/presentation opportunities are available. Participants attending/presenting online will benefit of a discounted fee. Every precaution possible is taken to create a safe environment for participants attending on-site (masks, gloves, distance seating, disinfection etc.). Finally, should the conditions do not allow the conference to be held on-site as expected, the event will shift to a fully virtual format.
