Abstract

This research focuses on the impact of emotions on the understanding of language from a semantic perspective. Emotions, as per affect-as-information theory and appraisal theory, can alter the significance of any language created by human cognition. Language, in turn, can convey emotions through various words, symbols, and representations within the realms of emotional context, gender differentiation, and the natural world.

Keywords: emotions, emotional context, Appraisals, Semantic Relativity.
