Luisanna Paggiaro is in charge of the lend group in Pisa.
She taught English at the Liceo “F.Buonarroti”, Pisa, and worked as a teacher trainer at the SSIS Toscana, foreign language department, from 2000 to 2009.
She has published school texts with the Loescher printing house, articles on methodology in journals and has held workshops at LEND and TESOL Conferences. She has also coordinated Comenius projects for students, student teachers and teachers.
At the moment she is actively involved in CLIL teacher training as a teacher and a tutor in online and blended courses organized by lend (Percorsi CLIL per insegnare e apprendere, CLIL paths for learning and teaching, 3rd edition, on the Moodle platform, www.lend.it, which won the 2011 European Language Label for teacher training), as well as by schools in Siena, Bari and Pisa, and by the University of Pisa - CAFRE. She is also working in online courses for TFA (initial teacher training) and language courses for future CLIL teachers. She is usually asked to hold methodological workshops and seminars in various secondary schools in Tuscany.
Moreover, Luisanna Paggiaro is an evaluator of European projects (former Comenius and now Erasmus +) for the LLP Programme and she is often invited as a speaker to LLP Conferences and study visits.
