Innovation in Language Learning

The speaker is an experienced English teacher. He has a 38 years teaching experience in different levels of English education in Albania. He has worked as an English teacher in high schools in Gramsh region for 20 years; in "Turgut Ozal" college in Tirana for 2 years, in Multinational Assistance Police Element (MAPE) mission part of Western European Union (WEU) for two years and since 2001 he works as an English teacher in the Foreign Languages Center of the Albanian Armed Forces Academy. He graduated from Tirana Univerisity, the Faculty of Foreign Languages in 1998. In 2011 he finished the studies for Master of Science in Applied Linguistics. He got doctor's degree in the field of Applied Linguistics in 2013, in the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Tirana University with his thesis "Washback effect on teaching, learning and curriculum of English language".
He has participated in 15 scientific conferences inside and outside the country and has presented his work in 14 of them. He is the author of 12 books and 22 papers published in different magazines and journals inside and outside the country.
