Wim de Boer is the founder, owner and managing director of Bloomwise, an educational technology company that offers flexible and versatile ICT solutions for educators and publishers.
He graduated in Educational Sciences and Technology at the University of Twente and completed his Ph.D. on ICT for flexible learning in 2004.
In recent years he worked within the Netherlands at the national curriculum institute (SLO), as a publisher (Noordhoff, Afûk), as a researcher (University of Twente) and in Mozambique (UCM) and the ministry of Education of Ecuador on projects focused on educational change and innovation.
