Amanda Radwan joined Zayed Univeristy in 2012 as an ESL instructor in the Academic English Program, having taught at the University of Queensland in Sydney, Australia and University of Wollongong, Dubai. Her experience in teaching English as a second language started in Oman teaching for the University of Nizwa, before moving onto working in Syria for the British Council and the International University of Science and Technology. She holds a Masters degree in Education (majoring in TESOL) Teaching English to Speakers Other Languages, a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education and a BA in ARTS, majoring in English and Arabic from the University of Western Sydney.
Amanda is very passionate about Technology and implementing the use of iPads in Higher Education, and has already presented in local and international conferences. Moreover, she has published a chapter in the use of Apps for teaching English.
