Dubravka Vilke-Pinter, Ph.D. is a senior lecturer of English as a foreign language at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, where she teaches English for academic purposes and English for specific purposes courses to undergraduate and graduate students.
She graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, with a double major in English and French language and literature. She received her PhD degree in linguistics from the University of Zagreb. She has participated in several scientific research projects.
Her main research interests lie in the field of psycholinguistics, particularly second/foreign language acquisition, bilingualism and cognitive aspects of L2 acquisition and processing as well as in the areas of TESOL and EAP and ESP -teaching materials development in particular.
