doc. Zuzana Straková, PhD. is an Associate Professor at the Institute of British
and American Studies, University of Prešov, Slovakia. Her teaching and lecturing is focused on the English Language Teaching Methodology, Early Language Education, Teaching in Higher Education, Language Pedagogy, etc. Recent years of her research has been devoted to teaching English to young learners and language acquisition. She has supervised several successful projects with this orientation and has piloted several innovative approaches in her own classes within the field research. She has conducted numerous lectures, seminars and workshops for pre-service and in-service English language teachers in Slovakia.
