Innovation in Language Learning

Alice Gruber is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Heilbronn where she teaches German and English as a foreign language. She holds a doctorate in Applied Linguistics from the University of Reading, England. Her current academic interest focuses on pedagogy in CALL in general and blended learning in particular.
Alice has extensive experience teaching German at both high school and university level in England and Germany. She has co-authored two international textbooks for learners of German. Alice has worked as an online language tutor for over 10 years. She is the coordinator of a new blended learning programme for German as a foreign language at Heilbronn University.
