Chiara is an ESOL teacher and a PhD candidate in Language Education and MA Tutor at the University of Leeds. She is investigating the beliefs and practices of learners and teachers about listening in English as a foreign language. She also teaches IELTS preparation to refugees and asylum-seekers at a Leeds-based charity.
